We have not only become separated from Nature and each other, but also of who we really are. We have been told we are alone on our tiny planet in an infinite universe, the result of a random process of natural selection and survival of the fittest living in a mechanistic world, with no apparent reason or purpose for our existence.
We seem to have forgotten that we are an amazing species, capable of self-regulation and self-healing and connected to everything around us.
Records from our ancient history now being rediscovered tell a different story of our origins, which will inform the next series of my paintings.
