Returns & Refunds Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. To arrange a return please contact

  • You have 30 calendar days from when the orders was placed to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first via email to arrange and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 30 days from the date you placed the order with clear photos showing the damage so we can organise a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item please inform us within 30 days from when you placed the order showing clear photos of what has been received. If there has been an error our end then we will pay full postage to have the item(s) returned to us so we can arrange a replacement / refund.

Cancellations / If you change your mind

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be liable to pay postage to return the item(s) to us so we can arrange a replacement / refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account.


Unless the the wrong item has been delivered or an item has been damaged in transit, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
