We live in strange times. Nothing is quite the same any more. Everything we used to believe in and trust now seems in question. We doubt what we are being told and are unsure where the truth lies. Words are constantly subject to spin. Loyalties are in question and government listens to lobbyists, takes advice from foreign banks and billionaires and seems more removed from us than ever. The world is run by huge corporations who make vast amounts of money in profit every year and never seem accountable.
